9 Arrow site work and utility installation covers grading, pad sites, stock tanks, creek crossings and excavation up to about 4 feet deep. We trench for low-pressure waterlines 3 inches or smaller, electrical conduit and septic lines. We do not install electrical wire, make final water or electrical tie-ins, or excavate swimming pools.
Grading, pads and terrain shaping
9 Arrow site work runs on dozers and excavation equipment that work in rocky terrain and difficult soil, both common across the Hill Country. We reshape terrain, handle selective site grading and shaping, and cut pads, including garage pads. We install and fine-grade pad sites for foundations and future buildings.
Pad work usually follows clearing. Stock tanks, water features and creek crossings
Rural site work often means holding water or getting across it. 9 Arrow grades stock tanks, small lakes and water features with dozers and excavation equipment. We also build creek crossings that establish access where none existed before.

The trench is the 9 Arrow part of a utility job. Licensed plumbers and electricians handle the connections, and we coordinate with them, along with engineers, general contractors and site supervisors, so our trenching, pads and grading fit their plans.
What our site work and utility installation does not include

Our part is the trenching for low-pressure waterlines 3 inches or smaller, electrical conduit and septic lines. We coordinate with your licensed plumber and electrician, who make the final connections once the trench work is done.
How deep can you excavate?
9 Arrow excavates up to about 4 feet deep with dozers and excavation equipment that work in rocky terrain and difficult soil.
