We have the capability to reshape land, establish access where none previously existed, and install creek crossings using dozers and excavation equipment. This includes grading stock tanks, small lakes, and water features to improve water management and usability. Proper grading helps control runoff, reduce erosion, and maintain stable ground conditions over time.
We also support residential construction through selective site grading and site shaping. This includes cutting and dropping garages, regrading home sites to reduce excessive foundation exposure, and shaping land to establish proper drainage around structures. Managing water flow is a key part of our work, and we carefully shape areas where water needs to be directed away from foundations or toward designated drainage paths.
As part of our site work services, we excavate for propane tanks, septic systems, and other underground infrastructure. We also reshape existing home sites or developed areas that require correction due to settling, erosion, or improper drainage. When needed, we rework these areas to restore proper slope, elevation, and water movement.
Our light utility installation capabilities include trenching for low-pressure waterlines, typically three inches or smaller in diameter. These lines are often used to supply water to individual tracts, shared systems, or properties connected to a common well. We operate this portion of the work as a turnkey excavation service: we perform the trenching and can supply and install the pipe if needed.
We also trench for underground electrical conduit and prepare sites for utility installation. While we do not install electrical wire, we install conduit to the proper depth and alignment so electricians can complete their work efficiently. In addition, we trench for septic lines and excavate areas required for septic system installation.
Additionally, we iinstall and fine-grade pad sites for foundations, future buildings, and equipment staging areas. Pad sites are graded to meet required elevations and slopes, providing a stable base for construction and long-term performance.
