Estimates are based on the information available at the time of a discovery call or site visit and may be priced hourly, daily, by the acre, or as a lump-sum bid. Conditions discovered on site — such as density, terrain, access, soil, or hidden obstacles — may affect final scope and price. We will communicate material changes before proceeding.

3. Scheduling & Site Conditions

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, ground conditions, equipment, and factors outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by such conditions.

4. Property Lines, Utilities & Access

The customer is responsible for accurately identifying property boundaries, easements, and the location of underground or overhead utilities prior to work, and for providing safe, legal access to the work site. Where survey-guided clearing is used, work is performed based on data provided by the customer or the customer's licensed surveyor.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your estimate or invoice. Late payments may be subject to applicable fees. Title to any materials remains with 9 Arrow until paid in full.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

We perform our work in a professional, workmanlike manner. Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, services are provided "as is," and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, 9 Arrow Land Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

8. Website Use & Intellectual Property

The content, design, logos, and imagery on this website are the property of 9 Arrow Land Service and may not be copied or used without permission. You agree not to misuse the site.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Comal County, Texas.
