Precision Line Survey Clearing

We utilize Trimble geospatial data collectors and receivers mounted directly on our forestry mulching machines. Using files provided by the client’s licensed surveyor, we load survey data directly into our equipment. This allows us to follow digital survey lines on the ground in real time while clearing, producing highly accurate results even in areas with heavy vegetation and limited visibility.

With this approach, we are able to clear lines with accuracy down to within a thousandth of a square foot. That level of precision is especially valuable on development projects where property boundaries, easements, and planned infrastructure must align exactly with approved survey data. Rather than estimating or flagging by hand, the clearing is guided digitally, ensuring consistency from start to finish.

Precision line survey clearing is commonly used for establishing property lines between adjacent tracts, particularly during land acquisition or pre-development phases. It is also ideal for clearing future road locations through dense timber, creating utility rights-of-way and easements, and preparing subdivision layouts where street corridors and lot lines must be clearly defined.
